Talk with Deb Dana, a course of 3 sessions, one hour and a half each, designed to make a deeper exploration of the use of proven tools when the nervous system become “stuck” in certain states, and the strategies that can help to return to a state of safety and connection.
An opportunity to integrate the Polyvagal Theory in a more accurate and safe way.
The sessions will be in English language with simultaneous translation in Italian
The course is open also to non professionals, having a basic knowledge of the Foundations of the Polyvagal Theory.
October 9th: “Stuck in Sympathetic”
October 30th: “Stuck in Dorsal”
November 13th: “Stuck in Trauma”
From 06:30PM to 08:00PM (Italian time)
Recording will be available for 12 months
